Wouldn’t own another boat without a Powerpux for my trolling motor. I used to have to change plugs 2-3 times a year. I’ve had Powerpux for 2 years now and haven’t had one single issue
I broke the original because I didn't follow directions. I was glad to discover this was available and appears to have fixed what I broke.

I was absolutely another case of corrosion. The stock plug that the motor was plugged into was corroding and the power was intermittent which was a real problem when spot locked in current or waves. I found power pux through capt CA with flats class. Very convenient install! I was able to use the same mounting holes as the quick release bracket I already had on there. Only had to drill one hole for the wiring. The fitment is excellent and it really cleaned up the wiring on the front deck. I do occasionally use the foot pedal so the less wires the better.

Install went well, and works as advertised. Very easy to slide in and out. The only difficulty was getting the Power-pole TM mounting plate off. Very hard to reach a couple of the anchor nuts. Looking forward to getting on the water now.

Love my Power Pux Protective Cover when my trolling motor is not in use to water proof my Pux! In 3 easy steps! 1. Remove your trolling motor off of the Power Pux 2. Snap in the grey protective plug onto the electric connection on your Pux to keep out water. 3. Snap on your Protective Cover on your Pux and go fish! Tight Lines! Capt. Back to Front, Front to Back nice to have options. The PowerPux install was super easy mounted to the new Power-Pole Move PV on my HB Pro.
When I first saw this, I knew I had to upgrade! I've been through so many motor plugs it's rediculous. I love how water can no longer get to my wires or connections via the top deck because everything is sealed. My skiff has low free-board and I'm on the saltwater guiding a couple hundred days a year, sometimes with 2 anglers up front; and guess what; no more tripping over plugs or fly line tangling! No more worries if a littke water comes over the bow when a sportfish rides by. This has been one of my favorite upgrades so far. Installation was so easy. I used the same holes as my old puck and only had to drill one hole for the wires. Add sealant and torque her down. Direct swap! I couldn't be happier and I've already told all my buddies and customers with boats that THEY NEED ONE! Thanks again!
Initially, I had a few questions regarding installation that were quickly answered via email, (with explanatory pics). Although I initially planned to guide mount my troller, after considering that I generally fly solo, I elected to do a more standard install. Instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. The only challenge coming from me having to convince my little wife that she would have to crawl up under the bow to assist with the install, unless she wanted to have to call the fire department to come pull my fat ass out, once I wiggled my way up in there. Install only took a couple of hours, and the mount is rock solid on the bow. Very pleased with the end result and looking forward to some field testing after work this week.

Honestly, I'm a very happy customer. I'll start by saying my 96 inch Rhodan ripped my pux apart. So I called Power Pux and they explained that the 90 inch plus trolling motors are not recommended to be used with the Power Pux. I was informed that newer version had been developed and they would send me one for a minimal cost. I received it quickly, replaced the old Pux and hit the water. Works and holds solid, the new new U-PIN helps absorb the torque created. This product is great and the customer service is top notch. Thank you Power Pux, I'm back on the water and holding over fishing spots! I will keep you updated.
I run a dual puck trolling motor set up, one on the bow and one on the stern. This power pux kit has been an absolute game changer. The install was super easy, everything looks extremely clean and neat. No more dealing with wires when swapping the trolling motor from one puck to the other. Just snap in and go. A power pux on the bow and the stern opens up new options for different fishing situations. When fly fishing having a clean bow and not having to worry about getting a fly line in the trolling motor prop is a plus. Installing was easy on my Young Gulfshore 20.
